I imagine that's probably Surge's brain too.

When she isn't focused on how much she hates Sonic.

NERD!!!

I converted a screen capture I took of a Surge emote in Sonic Rumble into a GIF. (For a post I'm drafting for the [community profile] mobilegames community). But after seeing it looped about a hundred times, I notice you can see her neck as she tilts her head back.

It's rendered as black, just like her shirt, so kinda looks like she's wearing a turtleneck.

Which is funny, because that's an article of clothing commonly associated with nerdishness, and she's openly expressed dismissiveness/contempt towards "brainy types" in canon.
